A free wellness day you did not have to organise.
As part of the Bidvest wellness programme, an Abby health station is delivered and set up at your site for the day. It is self-service, so nobody needs to run it: your people walk up and screen themselves in about three minutes. The screening is for the Bidvest team and for all of your own staff. It costs you nothing.

- The station is on site for one day. Each person is away from their work for about three minutes

Where Abby stands decides who gets screened.
Please give Abby an open, communal spot.
A canteen, reception, foyer or any area people walk past. When Abby is visible, people use it. All it needs:
Somewhere all staff can reach easily during the day.
One standard plug is all Abby needs.
Solid, level flooring so the measurements are accurate.
Abby is 220cm tall, 55cm wide and 46kg. It tilts back on its wheels to get through doorways, so it needs a clear route from the vehicle to the spot.
Abby cannot go up stairs. Above the ground floor it needs a lift it can be tilted into.
Please tell your Bidvest contact in advance if the route in has stairs, narrow or low doorways, a security turnstile, or a long carry from where a vehicle can park. These are the things that cost a site its wellness day, and all of them can be worked around when we know beforehand.
Please do not tuck Abby away in a storeroom or back office. Sites sometimes do this, thinking the screening is only for the cleaning team. It is for everyone on site, including all of your own staff. A hidden station means most people miss their free check.
